It was in 1958 that the first vines were planted. The vinification is done at the Balma Venitia cellar.

The brand will be operated by Balma Venitia from 1995 to 2008, which markets a single cuvée, red, Château Juvenal, which has won several awards in the Hachette guide (especially crush for the 2007 vintage).

For several generations, the Alban family has cultivated vines on their own land, neighboring those of Château Juvenal, and brought the grapes to the Balma Venitia cooperative cellar, which vinifies a rosé cuvée and a red cuvée "Domaine Alban", which has won several awards. Since 1996, Jean-Claude, Mireille and their son Sébastien have also taken care of the vines of Château Juvenal.
